The college is served by highly qualified and well-experienced professors from all denominations. At present the college has 12 full time professors covering all the major fields of studies. Rev. Dr. S. Robertson, an experienced academician heads the college. The institution takes care to appoint faculty members with pastoral and teaching experience who can contribute to the personal and spiritual formation of each student. Faculty members are selected in consultation with the leaders of their churches and institutions, taking into account their spiritual, personal life of devotion, sense of call and commitment to the ministry of the Gospel. The institution evaluates a faculty member in terms of his or her contribution to the spiritual life of the institution through personal example and relationships with other faculty members and students. The faculty should also develop in their academic pursuits, writing articles on important theological, ministerial and contemporaneous issues and publishing books. Faculty members are encouraged to attend seminars and conferences both in India and abroad to further equip themselves in terms of research and M.Th./Doctoral studies. The college is planning a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) to enable faculty members to upgrade themselves and engage in personal research and publications.
